Fantasy Football

Tonight is the draft for my fantasy football league. Very excited about the upcoming season. Hope that I'll get some solid picks.

Team name is "Carolina Panthers". Big surprise huh?

First Day of School

Today was the first day of school for the boys. Lois took them to school and picked them up, but it will be the bus tomorrow. They enjoyed seeing their friends and seemed to have a good day.

Vacation Bible School

Every year our church does Vacation Bible School (VBS) on Sunday mornings throughout the summer. Today was the final VBS Sunday and the kids did a presentation to the "big church." Here are several photos of the kids during the presentation. I hope to have video later.

Morrow Mountain

We recently took a trip to Morrow Mountain State Park. The kids had never been. We all really enjoyed it.

Nanny's Birthday

Today we took a road trip to Nanny and Paw-Paw's in order to celebrate Nanny's 80th birthday. We had a great visit with them. Took a ride on the 4-wheeler down to the creek. It stranded us. Jay Feather, Sonic, Tinkerbell and I had to hike back to the house. It was a nice stroll through the woods.
